MUSICIANS TRACK
The Tango For Musicians program is open for musicians of intermediate and advanced levels. Previous experience in Tango music is not required. The program is open to string players (violin, viola, cello, and bass), pianists, bandoneon or accordion players, wind players (flute, clarinet, saxophones, oboe), guitarists, and singers.
The program includes a whole week with classes, orquesta típica rehearsals, tango jam sessions, concerts, and more!
If you are doubting about joining this program or the “Enthusiast Program” register and let us know! we will help you to be in teh perfect place for you. We will ask you to send us after registering an audio or video that allow us to now you better.
TYPE OF CLASSES
- Instrumental classes Meet your instrument teacher to work on specifics about tools and techniques to play Tango music.
- Morning masterclasses Participants can choose any masterclass offered at this time.
- Orquesta Típica rehearsal Everyday rehearse with your assigned Orquesta Típica, enjoying the unforgettable experience of playing with others Tango Music!
- Afternoon Masterclass Participants can choose any masterclass offered at this time.
LEVEL OF PROFICIENCY
These sample pages might give you one idea of how the Studying material might be. In case you have doubts about your level please write us an email including a public link where we can see you playing.
TEACHING MATERIALS
- We will send 2 months prior to the event your assigned Orquesta Típica parts and an assignment for the Instrumental classes.
- One week before the event, the teacher in charge of your primary instrument will send you some other first-sight materials to bring printed for work during the week.
