Tango for Musicians in Europe

Tango for musicians in Europe will take place in Leipzig, Germany, from July 29 to August 3 2024in collaboration with Musikschule Neue Musik Leipzig, InterCity Hotel Leipzig, and Schaubühne Lindenfels Theatre. Registration is now open!

The week includes an exciting program designed to maximize students' learning and to meet and play with musicians from all over Europe as an unforgettable experience to share tango and make friends.

  • The program is open to all levels of players. Previous tango knowledge is not necessary.
  • Our 2024 will feature activities specially designes for beginners, arrangers and composers, and for Pre-formed ensembles from all over Europe.

Everyone is welcome to Tango!

  • Every musician joining will just pay the registration fee to join all the activities, which includes access to jams, concerts and more.
  • After payment is confirmed, every registrant will have 10 days to provide a video with their playing, in order to be assigned to one ensemble.
  • The program for Pre-Formed Ensembles and Arrangers & Composers will have special benefits but no extra cost should be paid. Access to these special activities should be made by application.
