Tango for Musicians in Europe Leipzig 2023

With over 100 musicians from all over Europe, at Musikschule Neue Musik Leipzig from 7-12 August 2023, a new edition of Tango for musicians in Europe.

The fourth edition of Tango for musicians in Europe in collaboration with Musikschule Neue Musik Leipzig, InterCity Hotel Leipzig, Teatro Schaubühne Lindenfels, and local organizations Tango Salón Leipzig and L-Tango Leipzig.

Our artistic faculty consisted of Paulina Fain, Exequiel Mantega, Guillermo Rubino, Sebastián Henríquez, Pablo Jaurena, Ignacio Varchausky, Juan Villarreal and the collaboration of Judy Ruks for our enthusiast track program.

With over 95 musicians from all over Europe, the edition consisted of an exciting program with night activities, as well as the intensive week of classes. There were jam tango sessions every night, concerts, milongas, lectures and much more for both the students and general public to enjoy.

The event was covered by German National TV, MDR, who recorded a full day of the workshop and showed a summary to its audience.
